The whole house is available for use.  Please enjoy the yard and well and the small hill for sledding in the winter! 

Things To know: 

 - Upstairs is a private master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet, full bathroom, and custom desk area. 

- There are TVs in each bedroom

- Cozy gas-fired stove

- Pellet stove - Game area and reading nook downstairs

Safety Devices

Exterior security cameras on property. We have one security camera on the front porch to monitor the side of the house, one on the house to monitor the driveway and one on the side of the house that monitors the garbage bin. Carbon monoxide alarm and Smoke alarm installed

Location

Enjoy the Pea Porridge Ponds. The ponds are The Big Pea, Middle Pea, Little Pea. The 5 sandy beaches are Thusis Beach and Geneva Beach, Eidelweiss Beach, Pea Porridge Beach, and Boulder Beach. They are within 4-8 minutes from the house! Private home entirety to yourselves. 

 Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Where to go: -15 minutes from Cranmore and Kingpine - 15 minutes from North Conway for shopping, restaurants, and breweries - 25 minutes to story land,  25 minutes to Attitash -35 minutes to Wildcat -45 minutes to Loon Cars are preferred for the area. Fast Taxi is the local driver service company, I would schedule in advance. - There is wildlife in the area including bears, coyotes, deers, etc.

Other things to note

- There is wildlife in the area including bears, coyotes, deers, etc. You may encounter some of them during your stay, so please make sure all food and garbage is properly put away. There is a bear-proof garbage bin that you should use. Please do not leave any food outside or in your car.

- There is plenty of parking space in the driveway, up to 8 cars.

- We have propane gas available for the grill and provide additional tank. Please ask for code if you need to use the spare tank. In case you run out, please refill and provide copy of receipt for reimbursement.
