Our home is located near North Conway’s top attractions including Echo Lake, Diana’s Baths, Story Land, The Saco River Tubing, Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, and the scenic Kancamagus Highway. Spend your days swimming, tubing, hiking, shopping, or exploring the White Mountains before relaxing by the firepit!

The space
Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life in this peaceful woodland setting. This beautiful spacious home offers a quiet country setting but is still near endless outdoor activities and minutes from the center of town . Your dog is even welcome to join the family trip!

Things To know:

- Electric car charging station available

- We accept a maximum of two dogs.

- Upstairs is a private master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet, full bathroom, and custom desk area.

- There are TVs in each bedroom

- Cozy gas-fired stove

- Pellet stove

- Game area and reading nook downstairs

Guest access
The whole house is available for use. There is some owner storage in the laundry room, and upstairs closet. Please enjoy the yard and the small hill for sledding in the winter.

Enjoy the Pea Porridge Ponds. The ponds are The Big Pea, Middle Pea, Little Pea. The 5 sandy beaches are Thusis Beach and Geneva Beach, Eidelweiss Beach, Pea Porridge Beach, and Boulder Beach. They are within 4-8 minutes from the house!

Other things to note
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old, no parties or gatherings, and occupancy limits must be respected due to the septic system.

-There is wildlife in the area including bears, coyotes, deers, etc. You may encounter some of them during your stay, so please make sure all food and garbage is properly put away. There is a bear-proof garbage bin that you should use. Please do not leave any food outside or in your car.

- There is plenty of parking space in the driveway, up to 8 cars.

- We have propane gas available for the grill and provide additional tank. Please ask for code if you need to use the spare tank. In case you run out, please refill and provide copy of receipt for reimbursement.

- For the safety of our guests and our home, we have outdoor cameras in the front and side of the house.
